PAUL SHAHRIARI
Paul is an authority on sustainability and the application of technology in the real estate, design and construction industries. He works throughout organizations helping to establish visions, train teams, develop methodologies, create tools and enhance marketing and communications strategies.
He enjoys working with key industry service providers such as architects, engineers, and construction managers to develop world-class service offerings for high-performance green building projects around the world.

Paul founded multiple break-through green technology companies, and has been a master speaker at USGBC GreenBuild Conference and other national and international events during his career.
​
He serves clients around the world in a wide variety of industries, who look to him to help them understand how trends in sustainability and technology affect their businesses and the customers they serve.
RYANN LAVENIA
Ryann Lavenia CRNA, APRN is the president of Face It Botox Bar and an Advanced Practitioner Registered Nurse, with over 19 years of experience in the medical profession.
Ryann grew up in Ft. Myers, attending Bishop Verot High School and went on to become a Registered Nurse in Albany, NY. She is a graduate of the Albany Medical School Nurse Anesthesia Program. She moved back to Ft. Myers in 2005 and began her practice as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.

Ryann has practiced as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for over 13 years, with experience in a variety of specialties including plastic and cosmetic surgery in Southwest Florida. In September 2018, she was chosen into Swift Beauty, an Advanced Injection Therapy Course featuring Dr. Arthur Swift & Dr. Steve Fagien, some of the top injectors in the world.

Ryann lives in Cape Coral, FL with her husband and three boys. She loves exercising, YOGA, boating, fishing, and traveling.
MITCHELL PRUITT
Mitchell Pruitt is the Managing Partner of Pruitt Cordell & Associates and is a Fort Myers, FL native

Mitchell is a two time alumni of the University of Florida and currently lives in Estero. He graduated with honors while obtaining his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in accounting with a specialization in taxation.

Mitchell has been a CPA since 2015 and became a Certified Financial Planner™ in 2020. His calm demeanor, creative style and extensive knowledge in both taxes and financial planning have helped attract top notch area businesses as his clientele. Pruitt Cordell & Associates continues to expand and grow in number of employees and size of clientele. They have ambitious goals to franchise and become one of the larger area practices and an industry leader in all areas of financial accountability.
TONY LEE
Tony Lee has spent over 23 years in real estate and mortgage financing.
He worked for GCM Financial Services for 13 years, and currently holds the position of Manager/Senior Loan Officer with Edison Mortgage Group. His areas of expertise include Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loans Veterans Affairs (VA) loans, helping first time homebuyers, and conventional financing. He has obtained his National Association of Realtors designation and is a Certified Buyer Representative.

Tony is licensed to originate loans in the State of Florida. His extensive knowledge of the home buying process benefits his clients, always providing for a smooth transaction. Tony resides in Cape Coral, Florida with his wife and three children. In addition to working with Edison Mortgage Group, Tony enjoys fishing, golfing, coaching youth sports and running.
KRISTIN LYONS
For over two decades, Kristin Lyons has mastered the art of luxury and intuitive design for
residential and commercial interiors throughout Southwest Florida. As the Principal
Designer and Founder of KDL Interior Design, she has had the privilege to partner with
some of the most respected contractors and architects in Florida.
Kristin’s portfolio includes new construction and remodeling projects for luxury residential
clients throughout Southwest Florida, as well as recognized commercial projects such as
Regional Southwest Florida Airport, Edison National Bank and Bank of the Islands, Maks
Asian Kitchen, and Two Meatballs in the Kitchen, to name a few. She has garnered
recognition as Design + Decor Magazine’s “Top 25 Designers of the Year”, featured in
Home & Design Magazine, Florida Design, and the recipient of the coveted Sand Dollar
and Aurora awards.
A native Floridian, Kristin is active in local and national associations, including the American
Society of Interior Designers, Interior Design Society, Rotary Club South of Fort Myers, and
the Lee and Collier Building Industry Associations. She and her husband, Chad (who joined
the KDL Interior Design team in 2020), have been married for 25 years and have three
children.
MIKE HARTMAN
Mike Hartman is a Senior Vice President and Senior Residential Loan Officer with
Sanibel Captiva Community Bank. He joined SanCap Bank in 2015 and works
with both conventional and portfolio lending. Mike specializes in construction
lending, as well as primary, secondary and investment properties. Mike has
decades of experience in construction, real estate development, and running his
family-owned business in Boston.
Mike has strong business relationships with top-rated local realtors, builders,
financial planners, and CPA firms which allows him to help people realize their
dream of owning property here in Southwest Florida.
Born and raised in Boston, he moved his family to Sanibel Island in 2005. Mike
has been married 27 years to his wife Kristen and has two kids, Lauren (23), and
Brian (21).
JULIE BOUDREAUX
Julie Boudreaux, LCSW will be joining Lee County goverment as the Director of Human and Veteran's Services in March. Julie has over 30 years of leadership experience working in both community non-profits and government. Julie is currently the CEO of Children’s Advocacy Center of SW FL (CAC), working with one of our community's most vulnerable populations of children who have been abused and neglected. A few of her accomplishments include increasing revenue, expanding outreach/prevention services, and strengthening community partnerships. Prior to joining CAC, Julie was a Program Manager for Lee County Human and Veteran Services for 12 years. She managed programs working with youth in the juvenile justice system, neighborhood revitalization, the homeless continuum of care, and administering federal funds. Julie began her management career at SalusCare, where for 14 years she supervised several programs for children and families, including behavioral health and child welfare services, working her way up to Director of Family Services. Julie has been a member of numerous committees to enhance social services in the Lee County community. Julie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Penn State and Master's degree from Temple University in Social Work. She lives in Fort Myers and is married with four children.
FRANCO RUSSO
Franco Russo graduated from Canterbury School in Fort Myers, FL and received his Bachelor's Degree from Bentley University, a prominent Business School in Waltham, MA. At Bentley, Franco played four years of Division II soccer and developed a passion for the music business, which led him to Los Angeles, CA after graduating. In Los Angeles, Franco managed producers and songwriters working with the likes of Maroon 5, Drake, Justin Bieber, Eminem, Selena Gomez and many more.
In 2016 he returned to Southwest Florida to take over Fresh Catch Bistro and Junkanoo on Fort Myers Beach. From there, he acquired Two Meatballs in the Kitchen in Fort Myers and opened a second location of the same concept in Cape Coral. His latest concept, Stones Throw, opened in May of 2023 in Cape Coral.
Franco is also a proud investor of a handful of exciting startup companies. Hammock Greens, a hyper local agri-tech park that applies cutting edge technology to grow leafy green vegetables. Spout, a countertop device that condenses moisture in the air to create 1.5 gallons of fresh, pure alkaline drinking water every day. Sunny Fine Foods, fresh sauces and condiments made from simple, real food ingredients. Gulf Coast Business Bank, the first community bank in Southwest Florida to be started in 12 years.
Franco lives in Fort Myers, FL with his wife Alexandra and son Matteo. He enjoys traveling, sports and spending time with his family.
